All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Stripe. Applicable GST/HST and provincial taxes, where required, are calculated at checkout.
Alchemy on Ice does not sell alcohol. Our products are non-alcoholic frozen slush mixes. Customers are responsible for choosing how they prepare and serve them, including any alcohol they may add after purchase.

Our mixes are prepared and packaged as food products. Please review product descriptions, ingredients, serving information, and preparation instructions before purchasing.
Colours, texture, and final yield may vary slightly depending on freezer temperature, preparation method, added liquid, and serving style.

We currently operate from Manitoba, Canada.
Returns & Order Issues
For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened food products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue.
To help us resolve the problem quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but orders that have already been prepared, packed, shipped, or delivered may not be eligible for cancellation.
