It all started in the 80s 🤔
ALCHEMY on ICE was born in our kitchen when we were feeling uninspired with our usual repertoire of cocktails. Remembering the slush drinks of our youth in the 80s, we made it our mission to reimagine them with real fruit ingredients and no artificial flavours.
The alchemy bit
What started as a few curious experiments quickly became a favourite with friends and family. Encouraged by their enthusiasm, we turned our recipes into a full product line — handcrafted small-batch slush mixes, made with care and real ingredients.
Real fruit, nothing fake
The colour in the glass is the colour of real freeze-dried fruit — no artificial dyes. We keep the ingredient list short and honest: real fruit, cane sugar, a little citric acid, and salt. That's it. It's the kind of thing you can feel good about serving to friends and sneak a zero-proof version to the kids, too.
Made for the way you actually entertain
No slush machine. No bartending. Mix it with wine, spirits, or just juice and water, pop it in the freezer, and serve. One pouch makes 6 cups' worth; a sachet makes 1.5 cups for when you just want a treat. Cocktail or mocktail, patio or gift box — it’s the same little bag of magic.

For a time you could only find us at markets and a few local shops. Not anymore. We can now send our slush spells coast to coast to coast — so wherever you are in Canada, the farmers'-market moment can land on your doorstep.
